SINCE THIS WAS A PERSONAL MATTER BETWEEN MYSELF AND MARIA, I HAD NO REASON TO BRING TAX MAX LLC INTO MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT AND REGRET IT....THAT BUSINESS IS SEPARATE AND NOT A PARTY TO THIS COMPLAINT.....IF I COULD I WOULD REMOVE EVERYTHING, AS IT WAS WRITTEN IN A MOMENT OF ANGER...BUT THIS SITE WILL NOT ALLOW RETRACTIONS ...SO IT GOES....

Ms Colvard leaves a lot of facts out.....rent was never late...she was so unresponsible she lost my initial check for the security deposit (which I found and returned to her) and then several months later lost another check...at that point I used Paypal to pay her...never any complaints...I worked nights at the hospital on contract...she kept all the furnishings I bought as partial payment for one month....I was responsible....only after she found out that to upgrade to legal codes for the illegal apartment and it would cost $4000 that she changed all the rules and created this fiasco (as soon as I had left the state already) and had no way of fighting her in court...(she did not show the 42" flat screen and new microwave as well as a new mini fridge for her office that I also bought that she kept)

In response to your post:
I really don’t think I need to say much in my defense, your hateful, bigoted and ungrateful statements speak for themselves.
But for some background history: I met “Reggie” aka (Rik) Richard Schuette as he approached me about renting one of my spaces. And I must say I felt bad for his sorry story, he was homeless, living in a hotel, no car , bad credit and a smelly cat to boot…a landlords dream (sarcasm). But even though he said he appreciated the chance he showed bad tenant behavior from the beginning, paying late…paying partial and some months not even paying anything at all. Additionally, he derived complaints from the other tenants and left my place dirty, smelly and cluttered with his personal belongings which he left as “rent payment”. Things like a set of never washes stained sheets, a mattress soaked in cat urine & a moldy mini fridge (do enjoy the pics). The lease clearly states payment is in dollars not used things.
The bottom line is that Richard Schuette did not pay the required rent. You cannot expect to live in someone’s house, use their electricity, water, heat and internet and not pay for it.
TAX MAX LLC is just another tenant in the building he occupied and never had any business with Mr Schuette professional or otherwise. And I don’t know about the “shady aliens”. It’s unfortunate for someone to believes that just because someone speaks a different language they are automatically “aliens” time to get rid of that Rosetta Stone everyone.
