The 2 Directors/Principals, Tom & Sharmella Kerbawy, are child abusing pervert pedophiles who because of their victims fear and silence, have been able to get away with their crimes, and run their school for over two decades.
I attended this HELLISH excuse for a school in the early 1980s, where I was physically, emotionally, and verbally abused, and sexually molested by Tom and Sharmella from the age of 3 -4.
Due to their threats, and other "scare tactics" I never told ANYONE, instead keeping it all bottled up inside for over a decade and a half (until the age of 17) while my life was falling apart all around me.
By the time I was able to finally break my silence at the age of 17, Tom & Sharmella's threats came true - in a way.
Because of the trauma of what I endured, as well as the stress of having to keep it secret for so long, and other circumstances, I developed clinical depression. I was suicidal, self-mutilating, and suffering from various emotional disorders.
As a result, when I finally told what happened to me as a child, my family did not (and still does not) believe me. They claim that "I must have imagined it". Which is NOT the case. The flashbacks and nightmares that I have are TOO real for it to be anything but true.
Because of my family's denial and lack of support, as well as the statute of limitations, I've been unable to get justice -at least through criminal prosecution.
Maybe if the proposed Violence Against Children Act passes along with the Civil "Window" legislation I might at least be able to sue.
Still, though I'll probably never fully recover from the damage done to me by these 2 perverts, I want to do whatever I can to prevent any other innocent, helpless children from having to endure what I have, at the hands of these 2 sickos.
Tom & Sharmella Kerbawy are child abusing perverts! Stay away from Maria Montessori Center!!

I went to Maria Montessori in the 90s for a couple years and developed a personal relationship with both principals. Sharmella happens to be of the same ethnicity as my parents.
Child Abusing? These are old-school people. They would threaten to wash my mouth with soap and water or put chili powder in my mouth if i kept on using dirty/bad language. They never did this. They just wanted me to stop. My parents were very good friends with them.
The only thing weird about Mr. Kerbawy and Sharmella is that they are obsessed with God. I remember he took me outside and tried to show me how everything out in the clouds was God, but I kind of laughed in his face.
He NEVER touched me inappropriately. I have started developing memories since the age of 4 and have NO recollection whatsoever of traumatic events. He was just your average, god-loving old man.
These are good people.
This is my opinion, though. I do not know anything about your story. I am not trying to degrade your story at all because I cannot disprove it. I am just posting in support of the principals due to my experience with them.
If your story is in fact true, I hope you find justice.
