greedy, unethical landlord. has many,many houses in north costal san diego county and beyond as rentals.most are in run down condition, several are down right dangerous. takes advantage of people in egregious ways that are unscrupulous, unkind, and unchristian.mostly undereducated, financially strapped and foreign born are her prey targets.the less they know of rental laws and resources the better. while she lives in a multi million dollar custom built ocean view mansion.
