I always do a lot of research before making any online purchases.  After reading glowing reviews for ailanimary, ailanifashion@gmail.com, on sell.com, I decided to place an order.  She advised payment needed to be submitted via MoneyGram or Western Union.


Unfortunately, I submitted a payment of $170 and paid a $22 Western Union fee to make sure she received her payment in a timely manner.  I submitted my payment on 10/12 and she picked it up within 2 hours.

After submitting payment, I inquired about when she would send out my order and asked for the tracking number.  She wouldn't give me a straight answer, just kept stating she would send my order.

Several days later, she comes up with some hokey explanation.  She said my order was returned to her (no explanation as to why it was returned) and was left on her porch.  Her sprinkler system went off, soaked the package and ruin the contents.  She stated she would issue a full refund or send a comparable replacement.

That was over a week ago.  She promised to refund my money via Western Union on Monday, 10/18.  When I didn't receive the refund, she said she was waiting to get her "funds" to refund me.  That was 10/20.  I haven't heard from her since.  No refund.  No order.  She purposely didn't send me an invoice on sell.com so I can't rate her.

I appears she randomly selects people to rip off.  Beware of this seller.  I have the correspondence from sell.com to confirm she has ripped me off for $170.
