We are new home buyers so we inquired about a home on 102 woodsville rd in vaughan. Our call was returned by Maria Zubiashvili we simple asked...why is that home being sold for 100,000 more than the exact same house offered by the builder we had visited that day...she remarked in her russian accent with extreme rudeness. what are you comparing it to?!! thats the price...we simple said your the agent, if this house is exactly the same as we can buy from the builder why would be spend 100,000 more? She started yelling and hung up.
AVOID THIS AGENT AT ALL COSTS. WORST YET SOMEONE IS ACUTALLY PAYING HER TO SELL THEIR HOME?! CAN YOU IMAGINE...PAYING 30,000 DOLLAR TO SELL YOU HOME....AND AN AGENT CONDUCTS THEMSELVES THIS WAY. WE PLAN ON NOTIFYING THE REALESATE BOARD AND HAVING THIS AGENT SPOKEN WITH. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID DEALING LISTING OR BUYING ANYTHING FROM MARIA ZUBIASHVILI~~!! RUDE that words cannot describe.
