Chris Allan Smay just filed this lie of a report. The truth of the matter is that Chris Allan Smay and I were affianced. He was in the Army in South Korea. I was working at a full time job in Phoeniz Arizona and he came down to ask me to marry him.

WE (he convinced me) decided to take a second mortgage on my house out. After I got the second mortgage, we were to move to 139 Sabel Circle, Madison Alabama and start living there as a family.

Before I moved there, trying to rent my home out...he asked me for $10,000 and I put it on his credit card.

When my children and I got to Madison, we met the real estate agent that I contacted from Phoenix...and this awful monster, Chris Allan Smay, went behind my back and told the agent to take me off the records.

He had secret plans to put me and my three children out in the streets. He secretly brought is ex-wife and son to live with him in my house. I called the police when he brought them to MY house.

Since I had no job anymore, and had given Chris Allan $10,000...no job...no home...had spent thousands of dollars in advertising my home in phoenix, and moving, renting UHaul, movers, and traveling from Arizona to Alabama, I only had a little money left..Oh, don't forget, Allan, if you are reading this(snake)...that I SPENT LOTS OF MONEY ON YOU before I left Phoenix...after giving you $10,000.

Also, When my children and I arrived in Madison, Al...Chris told me that he changed his mind about marrying me and that me and my kids had to go...

He put us on the streets!! BELIEVE....Check out the Police Report on Chris Allan Smay, Virgina Smay and son.. They were physcically threatening me...and the police told him to leave while i got myself somewehre to stay.

It was a very horrible thing..This man is evil. I also reported him to the ARMY in MADISON, AL..
