When you order Joan Rivers Great Hair Day products beware if you want to stop the orders or try to cancel.
There is no-one there to help you. Great Hair Day does not provide a cancellation process. You are referred to TriStar Products. They don't respond AT ALL. I'm sure there are ways to get this done: contact a lawyer, spend lots of $$$ and maybe it will be ok. OR-you can cancel the charges with your credit card company but that won't stop the continuing charges each month or the continued delivery of the unwanted product.
The address listed for TriStar Products is 26 Barnes Industrial Park North, Wallingford, Ct.06492. The phone number given by Great Hair Day for returns is: 973-575-5400. It doesn't get you past the first set of instructions. GOOD LUCK!!!

No problem canceling

I too ordered this product however, after the first auto ship came, I called the number shown on my bank statement. A very pleasant lady answered and cancelled my membership immediately. Joan Rivers Great Hair Day works wonders for my thinning hair. I have already ordered more through the Great Hair Day website which does not have the auto ship component.
