Fake complaint

This complaint seems to have been made in my name. It is complete nonsense. I have never tried to buy from this person/company. They don't sell items anyway. I can only assume my name has been mentioned by a dusgruntled scammer. Having suffered memorabilia fraud myself I sometimes comment on this particular page if I see COAs or LOAs with items for sale elsewhere that are from the same person who scammed me. Sadly fraudulent memorabilia is big business and the sellers don't like to be called out on it. so to reiterate I DID NOT file this complaint. It is complete and utter NONSENSE made up by somebody with too much time on their hands.

This pathetic report from an equally pathetic person and filed against Mrs. Marijane Gray is nothing short of ridiculous and absolutely false. Marijane Gray is a renowned Marilyn Monroe expert whose services have been required many times and whose reputation is impeccable. She does not charge anyone when offering her expertise on various Marilyn Monroe items and most definitely she has never sold any Marilyn Monroe items. Many people who own Marilyn Monroe memorabilia in their collections know Marijane Gray and can absolutely gurantee for her honesty and professionalism.

Complete and Absolute LIES

I have not ever and do not in any way sell anything at all through my website. I repeat: I do not sell ANYTHING, and I most certainly have never sold or attempted to sell any Marilyn owned memorabilia. The person who wrote this report is blatantly lying as I never tried to sell them anything at all because that is not what my website does.
My website informs and educates collectors of Marilyn memorabilia on how to authenticate items so they do not get ripped off by the legions of people looking to take advantage of people with fake and fraudulent merchandise. The person who posted this report against me is doing so because they have been exposed as a seller of fake merchandise themselves and has been consistently and egregiously harassing me. I have reams of proof and documentation that the items they were selling were not authentic and this report as well as the numerous fake accounts they have made to infiltrate my site are evidence of a mentally unbalanced person stalking and harassing me for informing people not to purchase fraudulent memorabilia.
I am NOT a dealer in memorabila and do not sell it. I am doing a service to the public in finding Marilyn Monroe items listed for sale and explaining in great detail as to why it is either fraudulent or genuine. I have studied Marilyn for over 20 years and am recognized internationally as an expert in all facets of her life. I am cited in numerous publications, both books and magazines, I am consulted for both radio and television on the topic of Marilyn, and am used as a researcher and consultant by both authors and journalists in regards to Marilyn Monroe. One does not need to work for a third party authentication company to be well informed on a subject.
I do not know why the name Heather Garner was posted in this listing as she does not work for me and is not affiliated with my site in any capacity. The seller of fake memorabilia who posted this fraudulent report against me also has a vendetta against Ms. Garner for informing people not to purchase fake memorabilia, but I must repeat: She is not in any way affiliated with my site other than commenting on posts just like several thousand other members do.
The writer of this report against me has found that stalking and harassing my site will not make me back down from informing the public about fraudulent merchandise so they are attempting to discredit me through posting these outright lies. Unfortunately for them, my reputation of honesty and integrity has been well established for years and I am a trusted consult in the Marilyn Monroe collector's world. Petty vendettas will not deter my loyal member base who know that I have worked for years--for FREE, I might add--to go out of my way to assist collectors with finding genuine merchandise and not being taken advantage of by sellers who commit fraud by misrepresenting fake memorabilia.
So, just to reiterate:
I do not sell ANYTHING through my site, and have never attempted to sell the person who wrote the report anything. They are lying because my site posted several of their auction listings and informed people that they were not authentic.
I do not make any money at all through my site. Members consult me for my opinion on authentication before purchasing memorabilia. I do this for no fee. Members also contact me to help them get their money refunded after purchasing something they have come to find out is fake. I do not charge any fee for that either.
The person who wrote this report against me is a person who attempted to defraud the public with fake memorabilia and is continuing to prove that they are a habitual liar by posting this completely false report against me. This report is slanderous and defamatory and legal measures WILL be taken.
