Last month I was contacted by Mario Garcia and he offered me a loan to buy a land in Florida, I gave him all the information and he promised me a "loan". He gave me a fake letter of approval. I forward the letter to my real estate agent in Florida and we opened the "escrow" .

When the escrow contacted Mario Garcia to get the information from the bank they found that there was no bank and that the letter of approval was fake. This scenario unfortunately cost me $1000. I will report this man to the department of Investment-Related Scams in the FBI offices.
