I would practice what  you preach, you were fast to slander me, about dont do the crime if you cant do the time, if it were that i was guilty of a crime that would be a different story and I wouldnt be mad at him if he couldnt get me out or lessen a charge, this has nothing to do with that , and this is why I am very upset, his personality and manners are way out of control, he needs to show some sort of respect to people

Thats also if they are a criminal as well, NOT GUILTY till proven GUILTY!!!

I understand that his job is overwhelming and sucks , but i have dealt with his incompetness for about 12 months, there was no crime involved, it was a family law matter and I am sorry to say to you this but NO it was not right him telling me to shut up while I was explaining something to him, I was offering him valuable information pertaining to the safety of my child, since I had let him go and receiveddifferent counsel the truth about the dad is now in the open and all I can say is if you dont like your job then find another one.. Public defenders are not free, maybe real low cost but not free..

 A public defender is FREE. If you could have afforded competent representation, then you would have paid for it. Im not saying a PD is any less competent then a paid lawyer, but they tend to get almost 3x the case load then a paid lawyer. As for him telling you to "shut up" guess what, hes right. There are rules and protocals in a court room. Him telling you to shut up probably saved you from a hefty "contempt" charge. So before you go slamming your FREE lawyer, try and have a little bit more understanding for his job in general. He gets to deal with ppl who more often then not are deep into illegal acts, are of highly shady character. You blame your lawyer, but you HAD a huge part in the whole situation. YOU COMMITED THE CRIME!!!!!!

You know the old saying. "Dont do the crime if you cant do the time". That really should encompass every part of the crime upto and including dealing with your PD. You do also realize that a PD WORKS FOR THE SAME PPL WHO ARE TRYING TO TOSS YOU IN JAIL. So be happy you even had some representation, because without him you would be spending a lot of time behind bars.

I wouldnt be happy if I had to essentually deal with the sleeze and scum of the criminal world. How can you expect him to be any different? He isnt the one who commits these crimes. Hes just the poor b*****d that has to try and bail you out of the situation. So before you go slamming someones ACTUAL good name on the web, try and understand that he gets less then any other lawyer and is expected to give OJ quality defences for ppl who are most often then not just they same repeat offenders who couldnt learn from thier first trip through.
