My company provided auto transportation services for Mark Graiff at Plaza Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Inverness, FL. We transported 10 Dodg Rams for them at the request of a transfer company. On Saturday 04/27/2019, my driver showed up with the vehicles and they said they would have to pay at a later date.

We ended up having the vehicles brought to a storage yard. For the last 3 days, I kept calling to try and resolve payment and would have the cars brought right back to the dealership. Mark Graiff the Genereal Manager would give me the runaround and say he talked to the transfer company and that he would have him call. Nobody would call and he would not return my phone calls. When I called he would pick up ang hang up. 

They ended up having the vehicles taken out of storage behind my back and not paying for these services. Total garbage human being. Mark Graiff does not pay transport companies. If you are a transport company I highly reccomend staying away from this dealership. They will not pay you, give you the run around and go behind your back.

I also spoke with Ryan Orr who assured me that they would pay for services as soon as Mark Graiff got back on Monday. I proceeded to tell him we will hold the vehicles until Monday then. He proceeded to get nasty and call me provocative names. These are shady people and do bad business. They should be ashamed of themselves. Over an $800 transport fee which became $960 with storage. 

Once again if you are a transporter, be very weary of these people and this dealership. If they do this to people who provide service for them, I can imagine how they treat their customers. Disgusting.
