Mark Holyer of WM Guitars UK Zac McgrathLittle Comb Studios Scammed me by sending a broken guitar! Refused to assist. NOT a smear campaign. TRUTH! Ashburton Newton Abbot Nationwide

This UK Guitar seller sent me a broken guitar. I reported the issue immediately and was asked to provide substantial documentation. Which I did provide in full. I was told to wait. After waiting over a week I contacted Mark Holyer. The owner of the store. Mark accused me of lying and breaking the guitar on the very day that it arrived. At this point I contacted my payment provider and they were able to assist in getting most of my money returned. However I was forced to pay return shipping. Mark later did offer me a bribe for remove my honest review of experience. I could not accept his bribe. The entire incident and the way Mr. Mark Holyer behaved is utterly disgusting. He has also begun creating fake profiles online with the sole intention of discredited my feedback as well as slander me in general. I will not tolerate it. Mark began claiming the documentation I sent him was false evidence and that I fabricated the entire thing. For what purpose? I couldn't possibly say. I have all the photos, invoices, payment data, and the original box photos as well as the damage of the guitar as it arrived from every angle. Mr Mark has also begun recently making public comments that my "campaign" is merely an attempt to obtain "a buck". Even though I have already received a refund for the cost of the guitar after returning it.  

UPDATE: Someone apparently broke into their store and stole a bunch of stuff from the window very recently.  I guess Kharma really is something to be weary of Mr Mark Holyer.  It sucks to have someone come along, break your stuff and then run away like a little coward.  BECAUSE THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU DID TO ME!
