Basically the fraud he does is following:

    Paint Contractor- Gets jobs and collects draws, then walks off job forcing General Contractors to supplement and hire another contractor to finish job
    Steals draws and does not complete work
    Makes up fake Change-Orders and Add-Ons to inflate the price
    Uses illegal Aliens as workers
    Provides a copy of insurance to get the contract, then cancels insurance once job starts, workers are not insured
    Insurance Fraud
    Orders paint supplies and materials on credit, then does not pay
    Changed the name of the business several times to hide from lawsuits
    Filed bankruptcy, currently under investigation for bankruptcy fraud
    Has had 15 lawsuits filed against him in the last 8 years (this is only in Florida) there are more in other states. States include Alabama (current lawsuit) and Mississippi  (See the lawsuits for yourself below):
