Tuesday 17th November has seen justice catch up with Mark James Pallister and he is bankrupt.  He has squirrelled away money in his family trust, which the court appointed Bankruptcy Trustees will thoroughly investigate.  He will lose his passport and must resign all company directorships.  This is not justice for you people he has ripped off over the years, but he has finally been bought down through his own arrogance.

Hey there, just been browsing on the net, have nothing to do with this guy or his company, but just got curious though.. the issue that you are claiming about? Isnt it kind of outdated? I mean, according to all articles on the internet point only to one direction, that is - the bankruptcy prosecution against Mr. Pallister has been dismissed by the court years ago..
