I am a victim of Identity theft By Spouse (now former) and I'm court ordered to pay the debt that I do not know what it is. I did not want any more debt nor would I have allowed the debt, Nor Did She Have My Power Of Attorney to sign my name. I have been trying to get a copy of the original contract that the attorneys office claims has my signature for over 3 years. They are hiding evidence not only from me, but the court.

I can't prove forgery without that document.
