I was a TSR (sales rep) of HR National in Santa Barbara, then moved with the company to Salt Lake City, UT. Seeing fake postings like this is the reason why we do whatever we can to make customers happy. Whoever made the complaint is a fake, and is using rip-off report as an avenue to bad-mouth the company. The BBB for HR National is not and has never been an F.. it is unrated, as we are a member of the chamber of commerce, not the BBB. The BBB only posts negative feedback about companies where as the COC posts ALL information about the company. Futhermore, this talk about 'changing names' of the company is an out right lie. HR National has been HR National since its opening. Lastly, the company is too large for a sales rep to even have contact information of one of the owners of the company. As a loyal member of the company, I must say that these fake postings must come to a stop. It is unfair to the customers who are receiving false feedback about the credibility of the company.
