Mark Turlington RPM Property Management Poor Business skills and communication tampa Florida

My wife and I saw a home on Indian Rocks that we liked. I filled out an inquiry and called 3 times always sent to voice mail and I left messages. 3 days later I left more messages and I recieved no response. I thes filled out the application minus paying the fee. Nothing. So we moved on and looked at other homes. 10 days later I get a text at 6pm stating that my inquiry was recieved, would I like to view the home? I was excited and out of town, however, I called my wife and she definitely was wanting to view. I replied that i would be back in town Saturday, can we view then? Mark replied that he would text me the box code Friday night and will be good for 24 hours. He replied this text after 9pm. I tried calling him and again goes to voice mail. I wanted to ask if he wanted a copy of my Drivers license.

Friday comes and at 5pm I have no text with the code and I text him back to ask if he is still providing the code. I get no reply. At 9:11pm I get a text with the code. I call my wife and advise I will be in about 4pm Saturday, to meet me at the home. She tells me she will and that my 14 year old son canceled his plans to view as well.

On Saturday, we arrive at the property at 430pm and enter the code. It does not work, we try at least 10 times before calling Mark to again get his voicemail. I left 2 messages and I also texted him twice to please help us, we drove quite a ways out. we got no responce and after waiting half an hour. we left very dissapointed and angered that a Realtor would act this way.

3 days later on Tuesday at 210pm I recieve this text: "Helloe Sir. Sorry for the delayed response. Were you not able to see the house?

I replied: I am disgusted on how you conduct business. My reviews will be out shortly and you can respond to them. i will not do Business with your company.

Well here is my review. Mark has without a doubt, been the worst Realtor I have dealt with in 37 years of doing business. he doesn't answer the phone. He doesn't care about prospective clients and this whole experienxce was a total waste of time for my family and I. No wonder such a beautiful home by the beach has yet to be rented.

This home should have long been rented by now, and if not for Mark's inapptitude, we would be renting it.
