Mark Willis of Mark Willis Roofing, claims to be a self-proclaimed builder/roofer, yet he sold me a home he added an addition on, knowing full well that the home would never and had never pass the City of Franklin Bldg, Electrical, and Plumbing Codes Department.
I have gotten the State of Tennessee involved and the Vice-Director Randall Tosh is sending my case to the State of Tennessee Commerce and Insurance Department to get this rip off artist through out of Tennessee!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE PERSON!! YOU WILL FOREVER BE SORRY!

Amy, consider yourself one of a few that are satisfied with Mark Willis's work.
First of all he has an alias Joseph Cy,,, did you know that? NO
2. He did not give me a $25,000.00 deduction on the house. (Documentation I have)
3. He actually charged me double the amount of taxes due on the home during my lease period (documents I have)
4. Mark Willis is a notorious liar, he will tell you anything to try to get you to believe him, why don't you ask him why he had to leave South Florida, maybe during Hurricane Andrew he took the funds from the contractor and the poor person that lost their house and signed the checks over to himself. (Documentation I have)
5. You may contact the City of Franklin, Codes and speak with Norm, the Sr. Electrical Inspector and Tommy Duncan, the Sr. Building Inspector they can tell you the truth. Their phone number is 615-794-7012, go ahead I dare you to get the truth.
You see I can back up my claims, can he? No
You do not know me and my "personal life" I am not some degenerate off the street I am a college educated business woman. Mark can make claims all day long about my personal life but until you hear it from the source consider it defamation, and if he keeps it up he will be sued for that too.
I have a full 33 pages on Mark Willis, the people that sued him, the complaints from the Better Business Bureau, the Structural Engineers report and the backing of the City Officials. You want to believe him, knock yourself out....

I just wanted to say that Willis Roofing did a lot of work on our house in Maplewood as well and he did a great job for us. He did what he said he would and we are pleased with the outcome. I agree with him in that you should consider the source of the complaint.

I just wanted to say that Willis Roofing did a lot of work on our house in Maplewood as well and he did a great job for us. He did what he said he would and we are pleased with the outcome. I agree with him in that you should consider the source of the complaint.

Connie Carpenter aka Ashley Renee purchased a house from me three years ago (I sold the house "as is" as a homeowner not a contractor). I discounted the selling price of the house by $25,000 and also carried a $10,000 note from her, so she would be able to qualify to purchase the house. She had to be out of her apartment within five days, so she needed to be able to move in quickly. I was in the middle of construction/renovation on that house and had also purchased another home which required a lot of work to be done. Ashley came up with a list of demands which she wanted done, and we completed all the items on her list. She bought the house knowing certain phases of construction/renovation were not done and it would be her responsibility to complete it to her satisfaction. Now three years later, she cannot afford to pay me the $150 per month she owes me on the note that she signed that allowed her to purchase the house. She also decided to use the open building permit (which she was supposed to close out per our agreement) and tried to put the fault and blame on me for not completing work and closing out the permit. She is trying to buy time and looking for excuses because she knows that I can foreclose on her for nonpayment of her debt. She cannot afford to pay me so she is trying to turn it around and say I did not meet my commitments; however, I met all her demands per our agreement. The accusations she is making in her remarks on the RIPOFF report are inaccurate and have absolutely nothing to do with my business, WILLIS ROOFING. We entered into our contract/note as homeowners, not a construction company.
Also, some background information on Connie Carpenter aka Ashley Renee can be provided to give some insight into her character. Her real name is Connie Carpenter. However, she known by several aliases, one being AshleyEvans.com and Ashley Renee, porn star. She is operating her website and a business under the name Pleasures Brokers out of her residential address. She is operating her porn business and website out of a neighborhood without appropriate licenses, she receives packages for her business at this residential address, and there are public records(police reports) of late night incidents involving drugs and theft at her address.
PLEASE consider the source where these false negative accusations against my business came from.

The State of Tennessee is now involved.
The Vice-Director Randall Tosh of the City Codes Administration for Franklin, Tennessee is sending my case to the State of Tennessee Commerce and Insurance Department.
Hire at your own risk, do your homework before deciding to hire him, or his sales reps.
As of this writing the Director of Codes Administration for Williamson County Tennessee has hired a Private Investigator and was able to serve Mark Willis to cease work on a project in Williams County.
