Market Maker Leads Moneytree Lead System False advertised what they do, and falsely offered a money back guarantee Internet

DO NOT USE THEM.  WHAT EVER THEY SAY THEY DO THEY ARE LYING.

They are a Real Estate lead generation and appoinment setting company.  They boast 20+ qualified appointments through FaceBook advertising per month with a show rate of at least 50%.  

They also promised a money back gaurentee.  This was sent to me by their sales rep

"Our MONEYBACK GUARANTEE!

$349 Set up plus the monthly $997 investment would be refundable.  The only thing that wouldn't be refundable is the ad spend budget ($500 minimum.). But you do get to take all of the leads with you if you did exercise your moneyback guarantee."  He did ask me to at least try it for 90 days which I agreed.

I held up my end and this was my results.

7 appts month 1 (3 of which actually told the apptment setter that they were not interested but the appointment setter booked them anyway)

5 appts month 2 (again 3 of which actually told the apptment setter that they were not interested in speaking with anyoune)

3 appts month 3 all no showed.

I requested the canelation 30 days in advance, per our agreement, and that if things didn't change I would receive my refund.  This was agreed apon from my represenitive.  

They did cancel my account but when it came to the refund I got radio silence.  It has now been 4 months and I am still fighting it.  My credit card company isn't helping either.   

I have been in the industry for over 30 years.  I have worked at Market Leads, Zillow and other Real Estate marketing Companies and this is one of the worst I have ever seen.  AGAIN..... DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM OR EVEN SPEAK WITH THEM.  They used to me MoneyTree Lead System and now you know why they had to rebrand themselves.  If you are good at what youy do, and are reputable... you don't rebrand and change your name.
