On 11/22/08 at 19:55 p.m. purchase unknowing mysoftwareprovider.com service for $39.99,notice that they added 17.88 for extreme pro speed download also add netspy protector for an additional charge of $11.95. Thus tried to activiated these service was not able to do so.Charge under,memberlog.net,also email received no response in less than 24hrs of false activation of service.Requested a full refund,but have yet to recieve a reply.
