Did not understand the services

Customer ordered social media pacakge which included facebook likes, google+, pinterest pins etc.

Work was performed and the reports as count improvements were provided (example, you had 100 Facebook likes, now you have 150 likes). Customer asked for detailed report of every person that liked their Facebook, we explained that it's not possible without admin rights to the page. Customer didn't understand how Social Media services worked and got confused.

We also have good standing with Better Business Bureau
