I was led to believe that with only $500 construction to perm loan I could buy a house with appreciation that would be easily rented and finished within 1 year. So I bought 3. It took over 2 years to build with overages that I had to pay. Then it took almost another year to rent it. Now the markey is upside down and I'm being forclosed on 3 houses.
This has ruined my life and the future of my family....
Where is the justice? I trusted this PhD in Economics and his staff that taught a colleges.

He stole my money too. He is under investigation by the FBI in Florida. As well as freddie mac and fannie mae. Buyer Beware!!! If you were frauded by him call the FBI office in Miami Florida and file a report. Demand it. He needs to go to jail.
