I attended a very informative seminar put on by Terry Hale. After purchasing his real esatate course, including a HP Mini Notebook, I attempted to get Mr. Hale's company to replace the defective mini. For five months there were promises to do so, ending in my receiving instructions on where to ship the unit for replacement (directly to Mr. Hale in Malibu). I pre-paid for the shipping and insurance costs only to have the package returned as "rejected". Further attempts to communicate resulted in unanswered emails. I cannot help but wonder if a matter as minor as this one will not be honored, what about Mr. Hale's general business (lack of) ethics.
