My son attended classes here for about 9/10 months(started in January/February '14).  He was excited about learning and my husband and I were happy that he was becoming more disciplined and outspoken.  The classes were from 4:30-5:15/5:30.  Fast foward  to October/November '14, my husband had been deployed for 5 months and I was solely taking our son to these classes.  My son and I showed up for his scheduled class and noticed there was only one other parent/child there with us.  An attendant who works the front desk told us after 15 minutes of waiting that they had changed the class schedule and it now started an hour later than normal. When I asked the attendant why wasn't I told at last week's classes she responded with "Oh we've been calling parents. You didn't receive a call?".  Apparently not.  When I asked if there would be earlier classes I was told I would have to speak with my son's teacher Mr. Henderson. In the meantime, I decided to wait since I was already out, for the new class time to begin and went to a store nearby where I ran into another parent whose child attended.  When I informed her of the time change, she was confused, upset she hadn't recieved a phone call stating the time change, and stated she would have to cancel her child's classes.  When I spoke with Mr. Henderson about any other earlier classes during the week. I was asked "Why". Which I found rude.  Nevertheless, I informed him my son has other activities at that time which are dedicated to academics not sports which I had no intention of changing as well as the ending time being too late for us. Mr.Henderson stated he would "look into it".  After 2 weeks of him "looking into it", I asked the rereceptionist if any earlier times had become available and she stated she didn't know.  I emailed the institute my displeasure and asked for an email or phone call back so we could come to some sort of agreement as well as their headquarters address. No response.  My husband recieved a phone call asking if he planned to continue our son's membershipped and he answered in the negative.A few days ago we recieved a letter stating we owe a remaining balance which we will not pay.  Take your child elsewhere, the hassle they put you through and confusion is not worth the money.
