I had checked to see if Mr. Lackner had any cases pending or already tried in court as of July 2002, before I contacted him about doing some work on my Buick. According to the clerk's office, he had NO cases on file in the state of California. So, who's telling the truth? Larry, or the court clerk? HMMM?
