Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They incorrectly wrote my policy and when I tried to cancel, they said they couldn't cancel it until I signed a cancellation contract stating I owed them two months worth of premiums and showed them a copy of my new policy. I obviously refused. Finally after contacting the BBB and Montgomery/Indiana Insurance, I got a cancellation notice (gee, no forms to fill out) with an invoice for 3 months. RIP-OFF ALERT.

DID THE RIGHT THING BY CANCELLING THE POLICY

I am the one who filed the report, tried to get it removed or at least update it but without success thus far. Martin & Zerfoss have cancelled my commercial policy retroactive the date that my new policy became effective. They have shown integrity in working with me and the communication with the owner has been very forthcoming and friendly.
