Received a priority mail 2-day envelope addressed to me with a N.J. return address. Inside was a check for $2950. dated 4/07/14 addressed to me from Bank of Oklahoma with remitter named Amy E Culmo. Along with the check was a note:

Kindly send me an email concerning this payment you just received for further details and instruction
