On Aug 3 17 paid T.J Mini storage 135.00 for 3 mo rent at 45.00 ea. Only used one month rent. Gave vacate notice and was told other 2 months would be REFUNDED . I only received my 20.00. She ( Kathy) now says she's keeping the 2 mo UNUSED rent . The 20.00 was security dep
