Mary Garey wanted to fire a certain employee because she basically did not like him. So, she decided that the way to do it was to steal money out of his cash register drawer. That way, when he was "cashed out" at night, it would look as if he stole the money and he would be fired. Nice, huh? Great business practices. No wonder so many former employees want to sue. Not sure if she ended up going through with it, but it was voiced to all managers that this would happen.
