Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I dont even want to go into the poor experience I had. I was warned that the quality poor but I was convinced by them it would be otherwise. Mr Thane seems to be nothing more then an excuse making and angry little man. I warn those considering BMR pools and patio to be very careful, few people actually report their bad experiences and since having mine it seems this is all I hear about them. Bad work and bad experiences and lots of excuses.
Others with similar experiences should add to this.

You say this report is fradulent, well let me file a report that is the truth. You say BMR prides itself on customer service. Well, I got the kind of customer service I was not counting on. While one of BMR's owners Mason Thane was at my house giving my wife a pool bid, I came home and found Mason Thane having sex with my wife. This is a warning to all the men out there. Do not let Mason Thane into your home. You may get more than a pool bid. This pool bid cost me my marriage and my family.

BMR would be happy to meet with Jacob Prince in order to rectify any issues with his project; however, BMR does not have any record of constructing a project under that name. Furthermore, we attempted to contact this person by telephone at the number listed as a contact number, only to find out that the number was not in service.
Additionally, we researched several telephone directories both print and online and there is no listing for any such person in Lantana. Since the majority of our business comes from customer referrals, we make customer satisfaction our number one priority.
If this person exists, please provide a working contact number and the name under which your project was constructed; otherwise, we will consider this a "fraudulent" complaint.
