This company locks you into a 12 month contract. Read your paper work. Because of several family events that occurred back to back, I was unable to use several massages. So to catch up I booked 90 minute massages. They charged me an additional 39$ for the extra 1/2 hour and then told me that they can not do 1/2 hour increments in the computer so I must pay extra. I would never recommend getting tied to this outfit. Piss poor customer service tell you one thing do another. Charge your card with out permission. Stay away!

AUTHOR: Dean - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, November 20, 2010

I went through some similiar problems, in addition when my 12 month contract expired more problems popped up.

Before any rebilling can be stopped you have to fill out a request to cancel, at the bottom of the form it MUST have the managers approval and signature saying your case was reviewed and they approve of your request to cancel. I had to have my card issuer dispute the renewal due to the manager dragging feet and saying she wasn't sure she could approve the request so it rebilled for a year.

The moved very quickly once the card company contacted them.
