Massage Envy Fredericksburg continues to charge my debit card after I have cancelled the account twice previously Fredericksburg Virginia

I submitted their form to cancel the account in Dec of 2019. However they charged my account again in Jan of 2020. I filled out their cancellation form again and submitted it in Jan. I was not charged for the months of Feb, Mar, Apr, or May. On June 19th they charged my account again. We called them to find out why we were charged again they said the account had only been placed in a 3 month freeze and that to cancel we would have to submit another form.

We have already requested to have the account closed twice. We spoke to the office manager and attempted to speak to one of the owners but he refused to even respond. This company is now frauduently charging me for services not rendered on an account I have twice requested to have closed.
