Masters Automall Added $5000 to cost of the car after we drove off the lot Internet
We purchased a car for a set amount and signed relevant paperwork for financing. We realized we were not given a breakdown of the cost once we got home. When the financing company called us, we realized the dealer had added $5000 to the cost of the car for the financing paperwork.
We tried on numerous occasions to reach them to settle the matter and they continue to ignore our calls, putting us on hold for endless amounts of time and allegedly always "with a customer" every time we call back. This had gone on for days, and apparently no one else in the store can provide any insight, guidance or assistance except for the finance person, David Dolce[?].
