In July of 2021 there was a water leak from my 2nd floor bath thru the ceiling to the 1st floor below. This resulted in the tile ceiling in bath to sag, damaging the ceiling. Upon inspecting I had found plumbers putty sealing the the 2" drain pipe to the floor drain in the 2nd floor shower.
There is supposed to be a technical rubberized seal between the 2" drain pipe and the floor drain which due to the negligence of Rosario M. Alu Jr. AKA Russ from Masters Plumbing (nj Plumb Lic# 36b100991200) there is resulting damage which needs repair. Upon contacting Masters Plumbing Mr. Alu acknowledged doing the plumbing work but he was totally uncooperative in doing anything in rectifying his negligence which resulted in this damage.
