I have been on other dating sites where there were no problems. I tried Match.com for Feb., 2020 and received almost no matches (other sites offered MANY matches) . I cancelled my subscription long before it was due and they still charged me for another month. I called and told them I had the papers I copied saying the subscription was cancelled. I called the company and was told I had to click yet another page to complete the cancellation

and they did not get that page.  Theu refused to refund over $42 for the worst dating site I've ever seen.
