I ordered a product on November 30th and they said 4-6 weeks for delivery. I waited six weeks, did not receive the product, and emailed them via a form on their site. They do not provide any direct contact info. After a month, I heard nothing. I have since emailed five times with no response and no product delivered.

I noticed another customer with the same experience on this site. I believe they are a rip off or very very poorly organized. In any event I wasted my money.

I filed the complaint here originally and today, five months after I ordered, I did receive my product. So I would like to update this complaint as a company with poor communication skills.
