Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Stay away from Matt Dunn Photography, this studio is a rip off. We went in for a "session" for which we would get a CD of pictures and ended up getting our money stolen. We ended up with no pictures and were told the CD would be extra- that after the owner mislead us to think we would in fact get the CD. We never even got a copy of the fee schedule BEFORE the "session", we went in thinking it would be one price and ended up walking away with nothing.

btw he's stating above that he told me the $150 would not include the negatives but he's lying, in my emails he goes from $450 session to $150 session since he said he would "shorten" it for us. and NEVER spoke in the emails about charging a $150 "sitting fee" apart from paying for the negatives. total scum. he completely knew he was mileading us to believe it would be $150 for the total.

the below comment the owner of this studio made is a complete lie. see below for comments. i copied and pasted my emails between myself and the owner of this studio. he never mentioned $500 as stated below. he mentioned $450 and i told him that was over my budget so then he said he would shorten the session to just 1 hour instead of 3 to make it $150 instead and i agreed. BIG TIME LIAR.

This woman contacted me to photograph (1) their young son and (2) photograph her since she wanted to be a model and(3) wanted me to shoot a portrait of her family. I gave her the price of $500.00 and told her she would get the images on a CD of the entire photo session at that price. She went on to tell me that they didnt have much money and were having a hard time of it but still wanted some nice pictures of her family. I felt sorry for them so I told her that what I would do is SHOOT the same session for her for $150.00. I also told her that WOULD NOT include a CD(the negatives). She fully understood this prior to our sitting however she decided to try to take advantage of my generosity. I photographed her family and her for more than 3 hours. At the end of the session we spoke about the money and she paid the $150.00 on a credit card which later she disputed the charges so she could get a full refund. The $150 was for my time and studio time. When I told her she didnt get a CD (before she rendered payment with the credit card) she was still playing the "woe is me and my family". I told her that I cannot give her the same thing I give to those who pay me full price when she paid me less than 1/3. Mad at me since I wouldnt give her her way and a free set of negative so she could print them up at Walmart, she decided to try to hurt my reputation with this ugly,childish defamation on the internet. She got all of her money back since I didn't dispute back to the CC company since I was happy to be rid of them.

After a series of disputes through Regulation E (Electronic Funds Transfer Act), it was determined that my case was valid and my conditional credit was made permanent.
