Matt Struthers/Jesse Lang/Brad Cobley/Alevlissa Reyes/Tanya I Rivera Fraud by Deception New York City New York

I met all these characters going on 4 years now.  I have finally pulled together how they are all part of the same fraudelent, money grabbing network of pigs.  I originally knew Matt Struthers/Jesse Lang/Mark toast/Whatever TF his name is(mktoasty2@gmail.com), and his money person/receiving person was Alvelissa Reyes(alvelissareyes@yahoo.com).  He stated that he bought stuff wholesale, and then flipped it real quick for a profit.  First flip was to be 3 days of 125 dollar payments.  He Zelle me to my Wells Fargo account from an account under a Jesse Lang.  One payment came, and then all the issues started.  Frozen bank accounts.  IRS owing money.   Issues with Zelle, you name it.  For his supposed back taxes, I Walmart-to-Walmart 1600 and wired a 1k to a Bradley Stocker Wells Fargo account # 8740694313 in FL.  I also Zelle and Google Pay Brad Stocker(bradstockerx@gmail.com) 3 to 4 times another few thousand.  According to "Matt", Brad Stocker was his childhood friend, and he could be trusted etc. to receive money as Matt/Alvelissa ALWAYS had bank account issues.  I just recently found out via Brad Stocker, that he doesn't know anyone except Alvelissa, he collected money for her to grow a bankroll for what ever they were doing at the casino.  Well I had suspected gambling awhile ago, but these clowns always denied.  

Another clown, part of this multi layered story, is Brad Cobley(bcobley11@gmail.com or bxcobley1@gmail.com) and a Tanya I. Rivera(t29rivera@gmail.com or trivera2990@gmail.com), this was Cobley's money person, because like Matt he had bank account issues.  All the same issues, frozen Zelle, etc etc etc.  Come to find out ALL these named above are connected, in the same circle of fraud/lies/deceptions.  All low lives. With Brad Stocker's words, Alvelissa has moved from compliant, to now co-conspirator.  Part of me thinks Tanya, is a real person, but has no idea what is being used in her name.  "Matt" has disappeared and Brad Cobley and Alvelissa, whom swore they didn't know each other, are supposedly all together.  We found a Delany Reyes via the Zelle email for Alvelissa, and it went back to Delany, but it seems she is just the sister.  These jackasses claimed for the longest time that this was a civil matter and bad investments.  Now they realize, it is criminal, and we have 2 people I know of that are elderly, that fall under elder abuse.  Now with this Brad Stocker information, we have stuff pointing to Alvelissa being a part of the con as well.  I am owed 130k that I am caring with interest, that keeps increasing.   All for these lies.  Cobley was supposed to make 1300 payments weekly, to start paying this back.  Well 5 weeks in, he as his normal MO, shifts the goal posts, and has only made 1 500 payment and 1 300 payment.  He is 5 weeks BEHIND, on a payment schedule he set up!.  He also has admitted he has a record, but won't say for what.  Won't give you a real phone number, or even his real name.  Anyone else who has similar experiences, please reach out and join us in the filing of criminal state and federal charges.  Let's not let these scumbags steal from anyone else.
