I purchased a 2005 cadillac srx from michael mattingly at mattingly mottors in metarie la. the begining of october and the transmission went out in less than two months. when I told the owner of the company informed me thats too bad. I paid ten thousand seven hundred dollars in full. Im not a rich person these monnies came from an inheritance. when i origanaly dealt with the company I felt comfortable because michael told me he wa sthe owner of the company and he would back the sale because hie reputaion was the most important thing to him after customer satisfaction.(from where I stand niether is as important to himafter the sale

You buy a 2005 Cadillac SRX for only $10,000 and some change, and then you complain b/c it was "junk"? WOW...your fault for believing you could get such a "deal". Next time do some research 1st and don't settle for the cheapest one available. You got what you paid for. And yes, get a dictionary and learn how to spell!!!

Apparently you interpreted "back the sale" as some form of warranty. Tell us about the written warranty.
If you have any money left go to the bookstore and buy a dictionary.
