When we purchased a Queen mattress we were told we had 60 days to test and RETURN.
Then when I called about returning I was told I could only EXCHANGE but for ANY mattress in the store and persuaded to keep the mattress longer to see how our bodies adjusted.
When we visited and looked at Twin mattresses and said we were unhappy with our mattress we were told that they can take time to deflate and urged to keep it longer.
When we went to exchange for a Twin we were told we could only exchange for the SAME SIZE.
Now our 60 days are almost up and I've filed a report with the BBB.
To me this is a gross misrepresentation of the truth and these people are dishonest and shameful. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable salesplace.

If you read the back of the sales contract it says that only mattresses of the same size and equal or lesser value can be exchanged. This is b/c they only exchange just the mattress not the box spring. If you go from a queen to a twin, obviously you'd have to exchange the boxspring and they get stuck w/ something else that they can't sell. So there is a reason for it, and it states it on the back of the sales agreement. I do understand your frustration but you live and you learn.........
