About 3 years ago i purchased a sealy mattress from Mattress.
One now the mattress has a huge sink hole on the middle. I was told that because
they no long deal with the retailer and i would have to take my concerns
to them. They have a policy that you have to pay $50.00 to $70.00 dollars
for somebody to come to your home and they will determine if your claim
is valid. Of course the person came over and reported the mattress with stain which its not true and i have pictures to prove it.. I spent more than $1,400.00 and in less than 3 years i dont have a good mattress nor a warranty..
