Mattthews Body Shop The most unprofessional,disrespectful, and harressing service you will ever recieve!!! Durham, North Carolina

After taking our car to this shop that me, my family, and friends have been using for years you wouldn't think that you would get treated like this. However the car was repaired and while waiting for the insurance company to pay them,we were continually harrassed, when the payment had arrived we informed matthew's that we would be picking the car up as soon as arrangements could be made, which would be 2 days. The owner continued to harress myself, my father, and husband until we were forced to take off of work and school to prevent futher cost by the owners. When arriving to pick up the car the owner was VERY rude and UNPROFESSIONAL and still continuing to harress us and when trying to pay for the car she stated that they only take cash (lyng to our face, when their is a visa/mastercard sticker on the door). I have never been more disrespected by a facility that i chose to take my business to and i will never take anything back to them.  If you want to get harressed and disrespected service please go to matthew's body shop but i suggest that you go ANYWHERE but there.
