I switched my cell service from metro PCs in Everett to boost mobile

I received a new phone on April 2, 2016 

On April, 8, 2016 the phone wouldn't turn on

I went back to the store to exchange my phone, and was told it wasn't there problem 

I was met at the counter by a very large foul mouth owner of the store

With no solution to my problem
