During the 30 day free trial I tried to use their product but it created more problems for me than I felt necessary. I talked with their "Online" service person, explained my difficulty, she offerred technical help, I said no, I don't want the service or software and would they refund my money?
She said they had not billed me anything because I was in the FREE TRIAL period. I told her to cancel my order I don't want the service. She assured me I would not be billed. But a week or two later I was billed $77.84 for the service and software, even though I had cancelled DURING THE 30 DAY FREE TRIAL. Now they claim NO REFUNDS" What? They lied and cheated me.
