I returned the product I received from this company, after being charged 148.00. I have been waiting for 4 months for my refund. I have called the company about 13 times all together, each time being told the same thing by a non-english speaking person. The hold time is about 30 minutes each time. However, Monday-Wednesday the phones ring busy all day.
