My account was charged nearly $150 after a trial offer. When I called the operator said that there was language that was included in the shipping materials somewhere that said that the 'full price' of the product would be charged if they weren't called within 14 days. I never saw anything aobut this when I purchased online, Also, the product doesn't work.

My husband just dies and I ordered in a moment of weakness. I learned my lesson but this company should not get away with this.
