Maxi Finance ripoff mailed cod pkg to my home and then sent a letter stating I neeed to pay cod charges or it will reflect on my credit worthiness Beverly Hills California

I recieved a Maxi Finance Card Paper in the mail today. From 8306 Wilshire Blvd.Suite 871, Beverly HIlls, CA call 1-800-367-6870 to activate Package for 5,000,00 with an approval # Which I havent done. I thought Id check the web first.. Im glad I have.. I cant afford another rip off. It says this is a limited time offer so I urge you to call immediately so you wont be cut off.. If anyone has any more information concerning this Id appricate your concern.. thank you

I called the better bussiness center in Gainesville Fl. the phone number is as follows 1-352-378-0406,they are not responding to any questions and it seen they are very well known in Fl. there is a recording on Maxi Finance card there and the report is not good. I just wanted to write and say Thank You so very much for youe web-site you have truely saved me from making a big mistake.I plan to send this so called company a certified letter to let them know if they put any thing on me credit report I will take lagal action against them in court .If you would like a cpoy of the letter I plan to send to them Let me know I would be more than happy to e-mail you a copy and you are welcome to post the letter also.
