Maximum Trucking LLC. Rick Daniel Beware -- Fraudently using Broker MC # and Does NOT pay CARRIERS!! Houston, Texas

Rick Daniel brokered a load fraudulently in November as an agent for our Brokerage, while going and billing the Shipper direct and then not paying the carrier. Our Brokerage has now had to cover this $1700 carrier bill that was factored thru Match Factors, under our Brokerage's MC #. The Factoring Company tried for over 60 days to get payment from Rick and Maximum Trucking directly with no success.

In attempting to contact Rick regarding payment for this carrier, Maximum Trucking  has now avoided all of our attempts to contact them via phone and email.

Maximum trucking is NOT authorized to use the MC# associated to the Truckalocity Brokerage in AZ. They are sending out rate confirmations that have Truckalocity's Name and MC# but their Sam Houston Pkwy address, which is NOT where Truckalocity is based. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO HAUL A LOAD FOR THEM!

BEWARE of this company - they would assume defraud all they can while pocketing as much cash as possible from Shippers, legitimately trying to get their freight moved.

Truckalocity is in the process of reporting this company for Fraud to the FMCSA - Texas Department of Transportation as well as the Texas Secretary of State and Texas Corporation Commission. We will stop at nothing to make sure that these guys are unable to defraud ANYONE ELSE!

Just to recap - they are ILLEGALLY using the MC# of the Brokerage Truckalocity --
They do not pay carriers for loads hauled -- and they duck and dodge all methods of contact in order to avoid payment and obvious confrontation.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO WORK WITH THEM!! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AS WELL!! If they can not afford to pay us, they obviously can not afford, or will also choose not to pay you!
