My order was placed on January 28, 2017 with Mayas Services GMBH for PC Smart Care Plan - Gold. (#145000335)

The company said that once the package shipped they would send an email with a link to track my order.  However, I did not receive an e-mail with any explanation for the delay.

On February 23, I sent an e-mail explaining that the product had not arrived and asked them to either send the product or refund my money. To date I have not had a reply from the company.

The cost was $399.99 plus fees for money exchange since the company is located somewhere in Germany.
