Maychal Inc MC# 110224 Dot# 3160027 Maychal Inc took a team load and sent a single HOMESTEAD FLORIDA

Maychal, inc (OTR trucking comapny) MC#110224, took a two driver team load from me from Chiacgo, IL area to Miami, FL that picked up at midnight on April 16, 2020. This carrier is based near Miami in Florida. I explained verbally 4-5 times that both drivers are absolutely required to check in together with their drivers licenses at pickup. If for any reason onyl one driver checks in and the second driver isn't present, the customer will cancel the load.

I also stated this on my confirmation contact that they signed and sent back to me assuring they understood the terms. Well at time of pick up. Only one driver checked in. And that driver said the other driver was in the truck and not feeling well. So the shipper said fine. Just go out and get his drivers license and bring it in. He couldn't and then disappeared. So bascially they took this load knowing they only had a single driver and gambled at my expense.

I not only lost the load, but I haven't recieved freight from this customer since. Then When I tried calling the carriers dispatcher I book th eload with, no answer. So i called the owners number and again no answer. I texted and emailed and no response. They know exactly what they did and decided the best way to handle it was to avoid me. Very unprofessional. I will not use them again. And I suggest you are careful too.
